• Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Fall 2008 Speaker Series

  Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is proud to present the Fall 2008 Speaker Series at The Center on Race and Social Problems at the University of Pittsburgh. The series consists of four lectures designed to provide an opportunity for faculty, students and the community to engage in race-related discussions of mutual interest. Next up, "Racism, Discrimination, Colorblindness and Race Matters in Obamerica," presented by Eduardo Bonilla-Silva, on Thursday, October 16. Bonilla-Silva is a professor at Duke University in the Department of Sociology.

• Harrisburg Environmental Law Attorney Brian Clark to Present in Environmental Conference Series

  Brian J. Clark will be a speaker in the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business & Industry Fall Environmental Conference Series. The series will consist of four events throughout Pennsylvania from October 16 through November 6. Clark is scheduled to speak at three of the conferences on the topic "Hazardous Waste Management."
  

• Philadelphia Litigation Attorney Craig Mills to Present PBI Seminar

The program, titled "Obtaining (or Avoiding) Enhanced Damages and Fees In Trademark, Trade Secret & Patent Actions," is being offered by The Pennsylvania Bar Institute and will take place from 11:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. at The CLE Conference Center, in the Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010, in Philadelphia.

• Philadelphia Corporate Attorney Frank Mayer to Present FDIC Teleconference
